Deja Vu feelings

Hi i'm looking for a bit of advice. I have been experiencing very weird feelings over the last couple of days and need to understand them. I keep getting feelings of intense sickness starting from the pit of my stomach which feels really hot, then rises to the top of my body, followed by sickness and faint feelings. I woke up twice in the night feeling the same. Then the following morning for 5 hours i continuously had intense feelings of deja vu which were flashbacks of dreams and familiar feelings everywhere i went. Yet i cant really remember the flashbacks now. I lost count of how many 'feelings' i had after 40! I felt so confused and spaced out and didnt feel like i was actually there (if that makes sense!). I felt so weak and cant really remember much about the morning except i couldnt stop crying.
18 months ago i had a nervous breakdown and had 3 months off work. It was caused by stress and i was experiencing panic attacks. I suffer from extreme claustrophobia too and still cannot fly, use the underground or use a lift. Sometimes i struggle on the train which is difficult as i work for a train company! The doctor put me on Citalopram and i've been feeling a lot better still having the odd bad day. But never have i felt like i did yesterday it was frightening. I took my prescribed diazepam to calm me down and they seemed to help me sleep. But i'm worried about if and when it will happen again. Worried to go to the doctor as he'll think im mad! Been reading about Temporal Lobe Epilepsy to see if its related to that but just not sure what it is...any advice would be welcome please
